Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line and second-line IT support to end users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and email issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and servers.
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and related applications.
  • Configure and maintain network devices, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls.
  • Assist with CCTV, access control, and IP telephony systems when required.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.
  • Document support activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide onsite support across customer locations in the UAE.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
  • Experience with Active Directory and basic server administration.
  • Experience supporting printers, email systems, and endpoint security solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with firewalls, cybersecurity solutions, and managed services.
  • Knowledge of CCTV, PBX, and cloud technologies.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco are an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
