The Role

We are seeking a dynamic IT Sales Executive specializing in software solutions to join our fast-paced team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored software solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the software sector across various industries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their IT needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with technical teams to customize software solutions according to client requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
• Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client interactions and market insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT software sales or related technology sales roles.
• Strong understanding of software products and their applications in different business sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong presentation and customer relationship management skills.
• Must have a UAE Driving license
