HKZ Interior is looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Interior Designer & Personal Assistant to join our growing team. This unique role combines interior design responsibilities with executive support, offering an exciting opportunity to work closely with management while contributing to inspiring design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Schedule meetings and maintain project-related correspondence and documentation.
- Coordinate with the design and production to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in preparing design presentations, material selections, and project documentation.
- Support management with administrative and secretarial tasks.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Experience in interior design and administrative support is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
