Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements and project brief.
• Prepare space planning, layouts, furniture plans, mood boards and material selections.
• Prepare detailed drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, RCP and joinery details.
• Prepare 3D visualizations and design presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, MEP teams, project managers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct site visits, measurements and inspections.
• Review shop drawings and material submissions.
• Coordinate design changes and resolve technical issues during execution.
• Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and accessories.
• Ensure designs are practical, buildable and aligned with project specifications.
• Support BOQ, material schedules and design documentation where required.
• Ensure projects are completed within the required quality and timeline.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of UAE experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
• UAE/GCC fit-out experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial offices, retail, hospitality, F&B or similar projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit and Adobe software is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery and fit-out construction.
• Strong communication, presentation and coordination skills.
• Portfolio of commercial fit-out projects is mandatory/preferred

Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED17,000.00 per month
