We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will help clients protect what matters most by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate insurance products. Responsibilities

• Generate new business through leads, referrals, and outbound sales efforts
• Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage
• Present, explain, and sell insurance policies clearly and accurately
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
