We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Insurance Manager to join our growing medical team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of healthcare insurance protocols in the UAE and be capable of managing the entire insurance workflow independently.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee insurance operations across all departments.

– Train and guide insurance coordinators, doctors, reception, and billing staff on insurance policies, procedures, and documentation standards.

– Handle submission, re-submission, and reconciliation of claims with high accuracy.

– Ensure timely resolution of claim rejections and denials.

– Manage and expand insurance empanelments with various providers.

– Implement best practices and maintain compliance with MOH/DHA regulations.

– Coordinate with the accounts and billing departments for timely settlements.

– Audit insurance processes and identify gaps for improvement.

– Generate regular reports and analysis of claims performance.

Requirements:

– Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as an Insurance Manager in a healthcare setting (UAE preferred).

– Strong knowledge of TPA policies, coding, and medical billing.

– Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.

– Strong understanding of medical claim cycles and insurance audits.

– Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical and administrative teams.
