RRG Roofing & Gutters is seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, naturally curious, and skilled at building trust through conversation. The right candidate knows how to listen, uncover concerns, and help homeowners feel confident moving forward with their roofing project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn RRG’s sales approach and gain strong knowledge of our roofing and gutter solutions
  • Conduct follow-up phone calls with homeowners who previously received a proposal but have not yet made a purchase
  • Identify and document reasons customers did not move forward (price, timing, competition, etc.)
  • Re-engage prospects using empathy, value, and solution-based conversations
  • Convert qualified opportunities into closed sales or schedule a new appointment for an outside sales representative
  • Maintain detailed notes in the CRM on conversations, objections, and outcomes
  • Manage daily follow-up pipelines and track performance metrics

Key Performance Indicators

  • Unsold Proposal Conversion Rate – Percentage of previously unsold proposals converted to sales
  • Contact Rate – Percentage of prospects successfully reached
  • Call Quality Score – Evaluation of empathy, tone, professionalism, and process adherence
  • Revenue Influenced – Total sales generated from recovered proposals
