Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in handling customers over phone, email, and in-person coordination. Experience in furniture sales will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in customers
• Promote company products and services to potential and existing clients
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales deals
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with the production and operations team for order execution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar sales role
• Experience in furniture sales will be an added advantage
• Good command of English is preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM systems
• Candidates with a valid UAE Driving license will have an added advantage.
• Male candidates are preferred.
