Job Description

  • Provide customers with information in person and/or over the phone, or via email, and advise on services available at the airport.
  • Ensure the provision of operational information messages in the airport terminal public address system.
  • To ensure the provision of other services and the sale of products in accordance with concluded contracts.
  • Ensure the placement of information materials on the terminal information stand.
  • Prepare reports on the services provided by the “Visitor Center”, keep records of the necessary materials.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in providing information in the service sector is desirable.
  • Knowledge of customer service standards and business etiquette.
  • Ability to assess priorities in customer service matters.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate.
  • Ability to work with a computer and use computer programs in the MS Office environment (MS Word, MS Excel), Internet browsers.
