Indoor Sales Executive (Cosmetics & Beauty) | UAE

We’re hiring an Indoor Sales Executive for a leading cosmetics and beauty company in the UAE. You’ll help customers choose the right products, drive sales and deliver a great in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and recommend suitable cosmetics, skincare, makeup and beauty products
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Handle walk-in customers, calls and inquiries professionally
• Maintain product displays, stock and store presentation
• Process sales, invoices and payments accurately
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic speaker (priority)
• Previous experience in indoor or retail sales, preferably in cosmetics, beauty or skincare
• Good knowledge of beauty products and customer needs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident, presentable and target-driven
• Good English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to join immediately is an advantage

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
