The In-Room Dining Server is passionate about guest service and thrives in an empowered environment. The In-Room Dining Server goes above and beyond by taking care of our guests through the presentation of room service orders and amenities. They will ensure timely delivery and anticipate guest needs throughout the placement of the room service order.

Duties and Responsibilities
Set up and deliver room service food and beverage orders

Remove remaining food and beverage orders and amenities from guest rooms and hallways

Review daily reports, arrivals, VIP’s and groups in house

Provide crisp, efficient food and beverage service with excellent interpersonal skills

Keep work area clean and organized

Assist with requisitioning and stocking of items

Provide engaging service within Hilton and Hotel Standards

Cash handling
Speaks passionately and informatively about the hotel offerings and the city

Tailor service to the guests needs

Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of one (1) year experience in Food and Beverage is required, preferably in a hotel environment

Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
