Job Title: In-Home Caregiver (URGENT)

Location: Holdrege and Wilcox, Nebraska

Pay Rate: $14-$16 per hour (Based on experience)

Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time (Flexible Hours Available)

We are urgently seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team in the Holdrege and Wilcox areas.

Job Description: As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes. Your role will be to assist with daily living activities, ensuring that our clients can maintain their independence and quality of life. You will work closely with clients, their families, and our care team to create a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks including laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the care coordinator.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong desire to help others.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to caregiving, such as lifting and assisting with mobility.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
