Job Responsibilities:
- Managing a team overseeing their performance, training, and career development to ensure strong delivery capability.
- Actively supports Solution Design and Business Development during sales, tenders, and negotiations to represent Project Delivery interests.
- Provides expert feedback on implementation budgets, processes, technologies, and specifications to optimize proposed solutions.
- Promotes early adoption of new technologies and works with innovation teams to enhance business offerings.
- Drives inclusion and implementation of OMS standards throughout the project lifecycle for effective start-up operations.
- Reviews and signs off key project documents (COO, IT COS) and supports Project Managers during peer reviews and BCA approvals.
- Actively supports all project phases (Define, Plan, Implement, Control, Transition), taking full ownership of the later implementation and transition stages.
- Designs and leads UAT, CRP/DILO, Transition, Cut-Over, and Hypercare plans to ensure readiness and smooth go-live execution.
- issue and risk resolution, conducts pre-go-live audits, and ensures performance against KPIs during start-up and ramp-up phases.
- Contributes to site development planning post-implementation and maintains strong, transparent communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of supply chain operations and processes.
- Proven track record in managing and executing supply chain projects.
- Previous experience leading supply chain sites is essential.
- Proficient in DePICT project management and ACT change management methodologies.
- Understanding of O2D (Opportunity to Delivery) processes and familiarity with DMAIC improvement methodology (desirable).
- Experience working with UAE-based stakeholders preferred.
- Strong grasp of operational, business, and financial management principles.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, influencing, and communication abilities.
- Comfortable working in virtual and matrix environments.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering (desirable), plus DePICT PM101 and optionally PMP/IPMA/Prince2 certification
