Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Maintenance/Facilities Supervisor to lead and coordinate all field maintenance teams, conduct client site surveys, prepare accurate cost and project estimations (both one-time works and Annual Maintenance Contracts), and manage client complaints to ensure high service standards and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance/technical teams (electrical, plumbing, AC, carpentry, general handyman services) across job sites
• Conduct site surveys for new client inquiries and assess scope of work
• Prepare detailed cost estimations and technical proposals for one-time jobs and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals/new contracts
• Plan manpower, tools, and materials required for each job/project
• Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Handle client complaints professionally — investigate root causes, coordinate corrective action with technicians, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain daily job reports, attendance, and site documentation
• Liaise with Sales/Operations teams to convert survey visits into confirmed contracts
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, municipality regulations, and company SOPs
• Train, guide, and monitor performance of technicians and field staff
• Coordinate with the CRM (Odoo) for job scheduling, complaint logging, and reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in facilities management / maintenance supervision, preferably in UAE
• Strong technical knowledge across MEP, AC, plumbing, and general maintenance disciplines
• Proven experience preparing cost estimations and project quotations
• Strong client-facing communication skills — able to handle escalations calmly and professionally
• Valid UAE driving license
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred, not mandatory with strong experience)
• Proficiency in MS Office / Excel; familiarity with CRM software (Odoo) is a plus
• Fluent in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus for site communication
