JOB SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing complex, cross-functional HR initiatives that support organizational strategy, workforce optimization, regulatory compliance, and employee experience. This role partners with HR leadership, clinical and non-clinical leaders, IT, Finance, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure HR projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities. Projects may include HRIS implementations, benefits transitions, recruitment and onboarding redesign, workforce planning, compliance initiatives, leadership development, and new facility readiness.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor?s Degree (Human Resources Management or equivalent). Masters preferred. Equivalent combination of education/experience will be considered.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Healthcare and HR experience preferred

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Strong HR functional knowledge
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations preferred
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

CERTIFICATIONS/ LICENSES:

  • PMP or CAPM
  • SHRM-CP/SHERM-SCP
