Job Summary
This role provides vital support to the day to day operations of the HR Department. Working closely with the HR Manager within a supportive environment, the candidate should possess the following attributes:
- Have the ability to communicate (written and verbal) in both Arabic and English.
- Behighly driven, proactive and assertive but be an approachable individual.
- Have the ability to use initiative to solve problems within the school’s established policies and procedures.
- Previously have experience within a school environment/internal client environment.
- Previously have experience working with HRIS systems.
Responsibilities
- Together with the HR Manager act as key point of contact for HR queries
- Maintain employee records and documents
- Provide statistical data and HR reports
- Provide support in Arabic.
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within cross functional teams
- Ability to respond and advise on HR issues
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with general strong IT skills
