Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws. Duties also include developing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits, and ensuring workplace safety and employee well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience with Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
• Knowledge of Local Labor Laws and HR Policies
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Develop and Implement HR Strategies
• Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role in the Middle East region is beneficial
