Spyn Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time HR Assistant to support core HR functions. This role is ideal for someone with prior HR experience who can independently manage administrative processes and ensure accuracy and compliance across employee records and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the onboarding pipeline from offer acceptance through Day 1 readiness
  • Ensure all employee compliance documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Audit employee timecards for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate and manage employee scheduling needs
  • Maintain organized and compliant HR records and systems
  • Support general HR operations and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Human Resources required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with HR systems and timekeeping platforms preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Schedule & Growth:

  • 20–30 hours per week
  • In-person role with some flexibility in scheduling
  • Opportunity to develop into a full-time position based on performance and business needs
