• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective measures to prevent accidents.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports.
• Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and incidents.
• Collaborate with management to continuously improve HSE performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct training and promote safety awareness.
• Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
