We’re Hiring: HR Recruitment Specialist
Location: Abu Dhabi Full-Time | Department: Human Resources

Experience in UAE is mandatory minimum of 3 years ( Please do not apply if you’re fresher )

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements
• Create and post compelling job ads across various platforms
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing
• Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with hiring policies
• Maintain and update the ATS and recruitment reports

What We’re Looking For:

• Own Visa Candidates Only
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
• A results-driven, organized, and people-focused mindset
