Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (posting, screening, interviewing, hiring).
  • Handle all government portals: MOHRE, E-Channel, and Daman.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws and HR regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR and employee records.
  • Support employee relations and handle administrative coordination.
  • Communicate with government and external entities when required.

Requirements

  • Female candidate currently based in the UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior HR experience within the UAE is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of MOHRE, E-Channel, and Daman systems.
  • Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and HR compliance procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills (MS Office, HR software).
