Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and experienced Female HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, be fluent in Arabic and English, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Handle employee relations and HR administration.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
  • Assist management with HR planning and workforce management.

Requirements

  • Female candidate.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
