We’re Hiring: HR Manager — Al Ain (Immediate Joiner Preferred)

Location: Al Ain, UAE

Industry: Multi‑brand F&B Operations

Availability: Priority for immediate joiners

We are expanding our operations across Al Ain and seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR department and support the growth of our multi‑brand F&B group. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational discipline and the ability to manage a diverse workforce across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full HR function across all brands and branches
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
• Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary procedures
• Supervise payroll, attendance systems, and leave management
• Develop HR processes, SOPs, and training programs
• Support management with reporting, analytics, and organisational planning
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and branch leaders to ensure smooth HR support

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an HR Manager in F&B, hospitality, or retail
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment
• Willing to relocate to Al Ain
• Flexible with operational schedules
