We’re Hiring: HR Manager — Al Ain (Immediate Joiner Preferred)
Location: Al Ain, UAE
Industry: Multi‑brand F&B Operations
Availability: Priority for immediate joiners
We are expanding our operations across Al Ain and seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR department and support the growth of our multi‑brand F&B group. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational discipline and the ability to manage a diverse workforce across multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full HR function across all brands and branches
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary procedures
- Supervise payroll, attendance systems, and leave management
- Develop HR processes, SOPs, and training programs
- Support management with reporting, analytics, and organisational planning
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and branch leaders to ensure smooth HR support
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in F&B, hospitality, or retail
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment
- Willing to relocate to Al Ain
- Flexible with operational schedules
- Immediate joiners will be prioritised
