Job Overview
We are seeking a hands-on and proactive HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations for a diversified business group operating in Trading, Supermarkets, and Real Estate.
The company has approximately 150 employees, with a majority being blue-collar workforce. This role requires someone practical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing operational HR processes in the UAE.
This is an execution-focused HR role ideal for candidates with 3–6 years of UAE HR experience who are comfortable handling HR operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for approximately 150 employees
- Oversee visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, cancellations, and PRO coordination
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with UAE labor law
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
- Support recruitment for blue-collar and operational roles
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
- Coordinate medical insurance and employee benefits administration
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR data accuracy
- Work closely with management to support operational workforce requirements
Requirements
- 3–6 years of UAE HR experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Experience handling blue-collar workforce preferred
- Experience in trading, retail, supermarket, construction, or real estate sectors is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing
- Strong documentation and administrative skills
- Ability to manage HR operations independently
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus)
