Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and labor-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance tracking.
- Support training, employee engagement, and HR administrative activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Support in ISO documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or printing industry.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa procedures, and payroll processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
