Technical Skills (UAE‑Specific)
- UAE Labour Law expertise — Essential for compliance, contracts, terminations, and disputes.
- Payroll & WPS processing — Salary sheets, overtime, leave encashment, WPS compliance.
- Recruitment & onboarding — Skilled worker hiring, trade tests, visa processing.
- Performance management — KPIs, appraisals, probation reviews.
Soft Skills (Highly Valued in Dubai HR Market)
- Communication & negotiation — Handling disputes, salary negotiations, site issues.
- Relationship management — Coordination with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
- Multitasking & time management — Managing recruitment, payroll, visas, and site issues simultaneously.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
