Qualification : Degree in any field

UAE Experience : Minimum 2 Years

Technical Skills (UAE‑Specific)

  • UAE Labour Law expertise — Essential for compliance, contracts, terminations, and disputes.
  • Payroll & WPS processing — Salary sheets, overtime, leave encashment, WPS compliance.
  • Recruitment & onboarding — Skilled worker hiring, trade tests, visa processing.
  • Performance management — KPIs, appraisals, probation reviews.

Soft Skills (Highly Valued in Dubai HR Market)

  • Communication & negotiation — Handling disputes, salary negotiations, site issues.
  • Relationship management — Coordination with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
  • Multitasking & time management — Managing recruitment, payroll, visas, and site issues simultaneously.

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
