Job Responsibilities – HR Executive

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Support monthly payroll preparation, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
  • Handle employee relations, address queries, and support a positive work environment.
  • Assist with performance management processes and probation reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs and maintain related records.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide analytics to management.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
