Job Responsibilities – HR Executive
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support monthly payroll preparation, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
- Handle employee relations, address queries, and support a positive work environment.
- Assist with performance management processes and probation reviews.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs and maintain related records.
- Prepare HR reports and provide analytics to management.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
