Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead all HR functions including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and succession planning.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, HR policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Partner with senior leadership to support business transformation and strategic workforce initiatives.
  • Oversee employee engagement, retention, and talent management programs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles within large organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, organizational development, and talent management.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • UAE/Dubai passport holders only.
  • Male candidates preferred.
