Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in daily administrative and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records management, and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital files)
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and confirmation letters
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Track attendance, leave records, and employee data
- Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
