We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a HR & Admin Executive. The ideal candidate will be the essential support in HR and administrative functions. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

HR Duties:

  • In charge of recruitment from conducting of interviews to onboarding processes for new employees
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR related issues
  • Payroll preparation

Admin Duties:

  • Oversee general office administration including scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, supplies inventory and procurement
  • Organize company events
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in related field
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and practices
  • Computer literate with good proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Resourceful and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Responsible with positive attitude
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
