We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a HR & Admin Executive. The ideal candidate will be the essential support in HR and administrative functions. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
HR Duties:
- In charge of recruitment from conducting of interviews to onboarding processes for new employees
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR related issues
- Payroll preparation
Admin Duties:
- Oversee general office administration including scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, supplies inventory and procurement
- Organize company events
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in related field
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and practices
- Computer literate with good proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Resourceful and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Responsible with positive attitude
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
