HR & Administration officer with at least 4 years experience in a similar role in the UAE construction industry.

Candidates should have Hands-on experience in payroll process, employee join procedures, visa process etc and need to know labor rules in UAE.

Good analysis and problem-solving skills.

Should be able to work under pressure.

Should be able to coordinate with different departments.

Needs to have good communication and emotional balance.

Qualification: Bachelors

Candidates with previous experience in construction company is prefered.
