come clean the outside property of hotel and change out trash bins and help with anything needed related to cleaning property inside and out

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Houseman to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of our hotel facilities. Your proactive approach will ensure guests experience a welcoming and pristine environment, reflecting our commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal.
• Assist with hotel setup and breakdown for events or special functions as needed.
• Support housekeeping management by restocking supplies and ensuring equipment is in good working order.
• Conduct janitorial and custodial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, and surface sanitation.
• Follow safety protocols during industrial cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas meet brand standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning methods.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
