We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Houseman to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will support the cleanliness and upkeep of guest areas, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities. Your energy and dedication will help ensure our guests enjoy a pristine and comfortable stay, while contributing to the smooth operation of our hotel.

<Responsibilities>

• Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance
• Touch up painting
• Replace light bulbs
• Clean vents and PTAC units
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to prioritize tasks and address guest requests promptly<Experience>
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques for various surfaces and floor care methods
• Experience in hospitality or janitorial services demonstrates strong attention to detail and reliability
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and safety procedures is advantageous
