Responsibilities

  • Assist housekeeping staff in cleaning guest rooms and public areas.
  • Transport linens, supplies, and guest belongings as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of service areas and storage rooms.
  • Support the timely delivery of amenities and supplies to guest rooms.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Adhere to all safety and hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
