Full job description
Our Houseperson is responsible for assisting the housekeepers and maintaining the cleanliness of all public areas throughout the hotel.
Essential Job Functions:
- Stocking housekeepers carts with supplies
- Removing trash and used linen from the housekeeping carts
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all storage areas
- Restocking all storage areas with supplies
- Thoroughly cleaning all aspects of the public areas
- Reporting any type of problem immediately
- Delivering any special request or guest request items to the guest rooms
- Assisting as a van driver when necessary
- Maintaining a positive attitude at all times and delivering exceptional guest service at every opportunity
