Full job description

Our Houseperson is responsible for assisting the housekeepers and maintaining the cleanliness of all public areas throughout the hotel.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Stocking housekeepers carts with supplies
  • Removing trash and used linen from the housekeeping carts
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all storage areas
  • Restocking all storage areas with supplies
  • Thoroughly cleaning all aspects of the public areas
  • Reporting any type of problem immediately
  • Delivering any special request or guest request items to the guest rooms
  • Assisting as a van driver when necessary
  • Maintaining a positive attitude at all times and delivering exceptional guest service at every opportunity


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Any other duties as assigned by the leadership team
