Job Summary:
Country Inn & Suites in Bensenville is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team! The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and comfortable guest rooms and common areas to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has an eye for detail, and enjoys creating a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Sanitize and clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, tubs, and mirrors.
• Replace linens and towels according to hotel standards.
• Restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and ensure they are organized.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to the Manager.
• Ensure all assigned rooms meet hotel cleanliness and quality standards before guest check-in.
• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, common areas, and storage rooms.
• Follow safety procedures, including handling chemicals properly.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service if guests have requests.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel setting is preferred but not required.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
