Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, guide, and support cleaning staff on a daily basis
  • Allocate duties and ensure tasks are completed as per schedule
  • Monitor the quality of cleaning and ensure compliance with standards
  • Train new staff on cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
  • Inspect work areas regularly and address any issues or gaps
  • Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory levels
  • Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and tools
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or health hazards promptly
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Prepare work reports and updates for management
  • Handle staff attendance, performance, and discipline when required
