Key Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations and allocate work assignments to Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants
  • Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
  • Ensure all rooms are cleaned according to hotel SOPs and brand standards
  • Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status and priorities
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements promptly and professionally
  • Monitor cleaning chemicals usage and safety procedures
  • Support deep cleaning schedules and spring-cleaning programs
  • Ensure proper upkeep of cleaning equipment and report maintenance issues
