Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations for hotel rooms and holiday homes
  • Assign duties and schedules to housekeeping staff
  • Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff
  • Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, and inventory
  • Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering teams
  • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and brand standards
