Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
About the Role
INOTEC Facilities Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead housekeeping teams across residential, commercial, and hospitality sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
• Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to company standards.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate work efficiently.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping employees.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee performance.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Respond promptly to client requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly housekeeping reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Experience in hotels, facilities management, or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and housekeeping procedures.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
