We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team as a Shift Lead at our family-owned motel in Brookings.

Deal Breakers:

• A current resume must accompany your application.
• Must be 18 or older.
• 1-3 years experience is required.

What you’ll do:

• assign daily rooms to housekeepers
• strip and check rooms for quality
• handle guest stay-overs
• occasionally clean rooms and run laundry
• walk, carry supplies (up to 30 pounds), and use stairs throughout your shift
• turn in tips (trustworthiness is important)
• manage inventory
• communicate regularly with the office to keep them updated on the status of rooms
• may be required to clean rooms when short-staffed
