We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Rooms Inspector to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation in guest rooms and public areas. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will help create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining the integrity of our brand.

Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public spaces to verify cleanliness, safety, and overall condition
• Ensure all cleaning procedures meet hotel standards and comply with health regulations
• Identify areas requiring maintenance or repair and report issues promptly
• Monitor adherence to safety protocols during cleaning processes, including floor care and industrial cleaning tasks
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to address deficiencies and improve service quality
• Maintain detailed inspection records and documentation for accountability
• Support training initiatives by providing guidance on cleaning techniques and standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial practices
• Excellent attention to detail with an energetic approach to quality assurance
• Ability to inspect thoroughly while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report findings effectively
• Prior hotel experience or hospitality background is mandatory
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to cleaning equipment and chemicals
