We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at our Wellness Resort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to resort standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation.
• Prepare guest rooms to ensure comfort and a relaxing wellness experience.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and promptly.
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and room discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment, supplies, and trolleys properly.
• Follow resort policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and time management skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
