Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean all surfaces, fixtures, and furniture as required.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly arranged and presented according to hotel standards.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
• Check rooms for maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or unusual conditions and report them to the Supervisor.
• Handle guest belongings and personal items with care and maintain guest privacy.
• Report lost and found items immediately in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Replenish housekeeping supplies, linen, towels, and guest amenities as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping trolleys, pantries, and storage areas.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Front Office regarding room status and special guest requests.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and professional conduct.
• Follow hotel housekeeping SOPs, health and safety requirements, and hygiene standards.
• Support other housekeeping duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous hotel or resort housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of guest room cleaning and housekeeping procedures.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, linen, and guest amenities.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift, and work for extended periods.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good guest-service attitude and professional appearance.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• UAE hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with international hotel housekeeping standards.
• Reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Guest-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• UAE-based candidates are preferred.

Pay: AED900.00 – AED1,000.00 per month
