Position Summary:
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas.
• Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities.
• Replenish supplies and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
• Handle lost and found items properly.
• Maintain housekeeping trolley and supplies neatly.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and politely.
• Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and brand standards.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping/hotel experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit to handle cleaning tasks.
