Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces. This role is essential in providing a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests and staff. Prior experience in cleaning, hospitality, or custodial services is preferred, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are key.

Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as towels and toiletries
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces to ensure cleanliness
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when interacting with guests and staff
• Assist with industrial or custodial cleaning tasks as needed to support overall facility cleanliness

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning, hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or custodial services is advantageous but no necessary
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting
• Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Flexibility to adapt to various cleaning assignments and schedules
