• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of all surfaces.
• Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and elevators to uphold high standards of hospitality.
• Follow safety procedures during cleaning processes and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the management team promptly.
• Adhere to established protocols for infection control and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Experience with floor care equipment such as buffers or carpet cleaners is advantageous.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and janitorial practices enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service.
• Prior industrial or commercial cleaning experience can be beneficial in understanding diverse cleaning environments.
