- Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and elevators to uphold high standards of hospitality.
- Follow safety procedures during cleaning processes and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the management team promptly.
- Adhere to established protocols for infection control and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Experience with floor care equipment such as buffers or carpet cleaners is advantageous.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and janitorial practices enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service.
