We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager for our sister company. The role is responsible for the overall management, strategic planning, and supervision of housekeeping operations across all properties and facilities managed by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping staff and outsourced service providers.
  • Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance.
  • Plan, organize, and manage daily housekeeping operations across all properties.
  • Manage inventories of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms; approve procurement as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
  • Handle tenant, client, or visitor complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare regular reports on staff performance, operational efficiency, and resource utilization.
  • Introduce innovative cleaning methods, tools, and technologies to enhance service quality.
  • Manage housekeeping budgets and control operational costs.
