Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee cleaning operations across our portfolio of luxury vacation homes.
This role is responsible for ensuring all properties meet our 5-star cleanliness standards, managing housekeeping crews, tracking all cleaning activity, and handling expense tracking and billing support.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning Operations & Oversight
- Oversee all housekeeping crews to ensure consistent 5-star cleanliness standards
- Monitor cleaning quality and resolve any issues immediately
- Ensure all homes are guest-ready at all times
Scheduling & Execution
- Standard cleans are primarily automatically scheduled through Breezeway
- Manage exceptions when cleaners are unavailable
- Manually schedule:
- Emergency cleans
- Deep cleans
- Inspection cleans
Training & Team Management
- Train cleaning crews on company standards and expectations
- Hold crews accountable and discipline when necessary
- Maintain a reliable, high-performing team
Clean Tracking & Documentation
- Ensure all cleans are properly tracked, including:
- Owner stays
- Deep cleans
- Maintenance-related cleans
