Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping and Maintenance professional to ensure our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of the hotel including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Conduct routine janitorial duties such as restocking supplies, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, and ensuring restrooms are hygienic and well-stocked.
• Carry out floor care activities including buffing, polishing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality and appearance.
• Assist with general facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and troubleshooting basic equipment issues.
• Support industrial cleaning projects by handling specialized cleaning tasks in large or high-traffic areas to ensure safety and hygiene compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, maintenance activities, and supply inventories for accountability and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning routines during off-hours or special events to minimize disruption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in custodial work or janitorial services within residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care (buffing, stripping), carpet cleaning, and general sanitation practices.
• Prior experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies used in commercial environments.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
